Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pawrintthreads.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages

Incorrect Shipping Address
